Your volunteers require a wide range of leadership and support, but you are just one person. How do you train brand new volunteers and simultaneously supervise long-standing volunteers, who've served the organization longer than you've been alive? How do you coach your co-workers to partner with volunteers who have highly technical skills, and simultaneously orient those skilled volunteers to your organization?
Situational leadership is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively adapt their leadership style to meet the ever-changing needs of their team. In this workshop, you will engage in a series of thought-provoking activities, discussions, and simulations aimed at deepening your understanding of situational leadership and practice applying the principles in real-world scenarios.
You'll leave with a model for tailoring your leadership approach to each individual and situation.
