One way we can all advance racial equity and inclusion is by making it a focus of our own professional development. There is a vast array of articles, podcasts, books, and events out there that are free or low-cost (to fit with our nonprofit budgets!) When you consider your professional development in the next few months, consider making time and space for learning around race equity. The list below is far from comprehensive, but offers a place to start for those with limited time and resources.
And stay tuned – MAVA is creating a more comprehensive list of resources around creating an inclusive organizational culture that will be released later this year!
