The Corporation for National and Community Service released its most recent "Volunteering in America" study results. A key takeaway is that our nation’s volunteer rate has jumped six points to 30 percent, making the American volunteer rate the highest it has ever been. Minnesota also has the second highest volunteer rate in the country. Read it here
