MAVA is working to pass the Volunteerism Bill this year, which is designed to bring funds to you and your organization to build and expand effective volunteer engagement. So join us February 25 to learn how advocacy at the State Capitol is essential to your work!

You will learn how a bill becomes a law, how to advocate for the passage of a bill and why the MAVA Volunteerism Bill could be a game changer for volunteerism in your organization and community.

Please bring volunteers, co-workers and people in your organization who have been cared for or served by volunteers. This FREE training will culminate in visits to Senators and Representatives who serve your community.

Please register yourself and a group of others who care about volunteerism. After you meet with elected representatives, we will gather again for lunch and to debrief what we learned from our visits.

Questions? Please contact Karmit Bulman or Jessica Tabbutt.
