MAVA and HOTC are offering a virtual brown bag lunch to talk through the steps of Maintaining Certification


Join your coaches for information and conversation about the next phase of Service Enterprise: maintaining your certification. HOTC and MAVA staff will discuss the Maintaining Certification process in detail including:

o   Advice on who should take the Service Enterprise Diagnostic

o   Process timeline guide

o   Time for questions and answers


The conversation will also feature a peer Service Enterprise lead who will share their experience leading their organization through the process of Maintaining Certification.
