Trainer Karmit Bulman, Esq., Executive Director, MAVA Karmit has extensive experience running non-profit organizations and a strong background of leadership in international, national and statewide coalition building. She is a trained mediator and she teaches conflict resolution at Metro State University. She was executive director for the Conflict Resolution Center and prepared and delivered many workshops and trainings on mediation, positive communication, interest-based negotiation and conflict resolution. She has a particular passion for facilitation of collaborative processes, coaching, and capacity-building. Karmit is a Service Enterprise trainer/consultant and the author of “Promoting Job Equity for Volunteer Engagement Professionals”.
