Marketing and Communications teams can be powerful allies in strengthening volunteer engagement — but too often, the relationship is siloed, strained, or simply underdeveloped.
In this MAVA Connections session, we’ll explore how to build more productive, proactive working relationships with our MarComm colleagues. Whether you’re promoting new volunteer roles, planning a recognition event, or managing sensitive messaging, effective collaboration can help ensure that volunteers feel informed, appreciated, and inspired to act.
