The White Allies Resource Group is a volunteer engagement leader community space created for individuals who identify as White to engage in meaningful discussions, self-reflection, and education around racial identity, privilege, and allyship.

Our group provides a supportive environment where members can explore their own experiences, biases, and roles in systems of power and oppression. Through open dialogue, workshops, and resources, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of racial dynamics, challenge ingrained beliefs, and cultivate empathy and solidarity with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
