The Linking Leaders Leadership Solidarity Community of Practice
The LinkingLeaders Partnership brings over 5,500 leaders across the Twin Cities together to build solidarity, trust, and collaboration. Formed by Tiwahe Foundation, The African-American Leadership Forum, Coalition of Asian-American Leaders, and LatinoLEAD, this cross-racial, cross-cultural effort is expanding what true solidarity looks like.
This community of practice reminds us: "solidarity isnβt just showing up in crisis, it's an everyday practice of trust, care, and accountability".
A member of Linking Leaders, Jaralyn Roberts notes, our liberation is bound together: βTrue freedom comes when our communities realize that our power lies in facing the problem together, not facing one another.β
From policy change to community gatherings, LinkingLeaders is proving that our strength is in solidarity- together, locked in. It is our commitment to our community and to the liberation of us collectively. Not just some of us, but all of us!
