The MAVA Greater MN Volunteerism Grants Application – Prep Copy is a Word version of the application questions for your use in preparing answers for the online submission of your application.

NOTE: We have recently added two required supporting documents -- your organizational budget for the current fiscal year and your organization's year-end financials for the most recently completed fiscal year. Please email these two documents to kbulman@mavanetwork.org by close of business on Monday, April 15. Thank you.
