Hamline Dorm Room Reservation

Details regarding your stay in the Hamline University dorms during the 2018 Conference:

  • Linens and towels are provided for your stay.
  • Bathrooms are communal and you may want to bring shower shoes.
  • The single apartment units, 4 single dorm rooms, and 4 single dorm rooms are air-conditioned.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not permitted within any meeting facility or residence hall at the Hamline University campus.
  • Hamline University will charge you $60 for each key (and proxy card) lost or not returned upon check out. Any key(s) returned after a person has departed the Hamline campus will not be credited.
  • Dorm room check in takes place on on Wednesday, June 6 and check out takes place on Friday, June 8.
