Trends affecting volunteerism and volunteer administration
 

The Minnesota Association for Volunteer Administration understands that it is vital for leaders in the field of volunteer administration to keep abreast of changes in the greater community.

 
Volunteer Management Capacity Study Series:
In 2004 the Urban Institute conducted four studies related to volunteer management capacity. MAVA recommends that you ready these landmark studies.
 
Percentage of Minnesotans Who Volunteer Remains High
According to the Minnesota State Survey, Minnesotans volunteer at a high level. About 67%, or 2.4 million Minnesotans over the age of 18, volunteered their time in 2004.
