The Minnesota Conference on Volunteer Administration is now in its 5th year. The focus of the conference is to bring together leaders of volunteers so that they are able to strengthen their skills and community connections in order to better lead volunteers in the important work they do in meeting the missions of the organizations they are working with and improving our communities. The focus of the conference will be to INSPIRE, STRENGTHEN, and CONNECT volunteers and volunteer leaders to their communities. Additionally the conference will contain tracks for both the new and experienced leader of volunteers. *Free Wi-Fi will be accessible throughout the three days

This workshop is for Directors of Volunteer Engagement who want to learn to influence and support their executives in carrying out the critical roles needed to be played by them.
