Cancellation Policy
Volunteer Impact Leadership Training Series and Engaging Baby Boomers as Volunteers
MAVA’s general policy is
to expect training participants to attend
the training registered for and not offer refunds. A number of
arrangements have been made for your participation. We ask you to make every
reasonable effort to honor your commitment to be at the trainings.
During the flu season we are offering the option of
rescheduling for a future training to encourage people who have the flu to stay
at home. If you are unable to attend the training due to having a fever and flu
symptoms please contact the MAVA office within the 24 hours prior to the start
of the session. To take advantage of
this offer to reschedule, a phone call or e-mail message will need to arrive at
the MAVA office prior to the start of the training.
For weather related cancellations, please see our Weather Cancellation Policy.
